The Federation of Hong Kong Industries has been organising the Young Industrialist Awards of Hongkong since 1988. From 2001 on, the Federation has designed a new trophy, handcrafted in fine gold and genuine silver by Hang Fung Gold Technology Group, who is the trophy sponsor of the Awards.
