Kelvin Ng is the co-founder of GIORMANI, as well as the director and chief designer. His tasks include the export business, factory and production management and product design. An accomplished designer, he was named in 2007 as Hong Kong’s top 40 designers under 40 years old by a leading design magazine PERSPECTIVE.

From the commencement of his business to date, Mr Ng has worked hard to develop an industrialisation approach to the high-end tailor-made sofa service. He specialises in designing the innovative sofa products and brand strategy of GIORMANI. He sets up GIORMANI Home Gallery to collaborate with local designers from different sectors and aims to foster the development of creative arts in the community.

With his leadership, GIORMANI has grown to become the largest sofa specialty chain store in Hong Kong. Its products are distributed to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide with KELVIN GIORMANI concept stores in Denmark, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Thailand and Australia. Well-known European and Japanese sofa manufacturers have used Mr Ng’s designs as part of their product lines marketed the world over and his stylish sofas have also been showcased in major international furniture fairs in Europe, USA and China. Mr Ng spearheads furniture design in Hong Kong and China.
