Professor Raymond W So is an associate professor of Finance and Director of Master of Science Programme in Finance at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include corporate governance, e-finance, international finance, global financial markets, and investment. The findings of his research have been presented at international academic conferences and published in reputable internationally refereed journals. Prof. So is also the author of six books. Apart from his academic endeavors, he was also a member of the Examination Panel of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong; and is now a member of the Academic and Accreditation Advisory Committee, Securities and Futures Commission, an Examiner of the Hong Kong Securities Institute, a member of the Advisory Committee on Human Resources Development in the Financial Services Sector of the Hong Kong Government, and a member of the finance committee of the Hong Kong Housing Authority. Prof. So has also served as a consultant to the Hong Kong Government on corporate governance. His business views have been publicized in international, mainland and local mass media.
