Judging Criteria

A reputable Judging Panel comprising prominent public figures and captains of industry will be formed to select awardees based on the candidates' achievements, vision, contributions and character.
Achievements: Business in good shape with sound performance.
Vision: Creative, farsighted and with a good grasp of economic and industrial development trends.
Contributions: Committed to industry and advancing its progression, dedicated to public and community service, observant of corporate social responsibility and willing to contribute to Hong Kong's betterment.
Character: Trustworthy and with respectable personal integrity and business ethics.

Eligibility

Industrialists who are between 21 and 45 years of age and have resided in Hong Kong for more than 7 years as at 31 December 2008, who have a business registered in Hong Kong which comprises the manufacture, alteration, ornamentation, finishing, processing, packaging, or transformation of articles, or parts of articles, for sale, or, development or application of information technology, are eligible for nomination.

The candidate must be nominated by one nominator who may be an individual or an organisation.

All successful nominees and their nominators will be invited to attend the presentation ceremony at which a trophy and a souvenir will be presented to them respectively.

If a successful nominee has more than one nominator, the souvenir will be presented to the one who first submitted the nomination form to the organiser.
