Judging Criteria The nominee's outstanding personal achievements in his own field, his commitment to his profession/industry, and his contribution to industry/community, as well as his integrity constitute the major criteria for consideration in the selection. Eligibility Industrialists who are between 21 and 45 years of age and have resided in Hong Kong for more than 7 years as at 31 December 2007, who have a business registered in Hong Kong which comprises the manufacture, alteration, ornamentation, finishing, processing, packaging, or transformation of articles, or parts of articles, for sale, or, development or application of information technology, are eligible for nomination. The candidate must be nominated by one nominator who may be an individual or an organisation. All successful nominees and their nominators will be invited to attend the presentation ceremony at which a trophy and a souvenir will be presented to them respectively. If a successful nominee has more than one nominator, the souvenir will be presented to the one who first submitted the nomination form to the organiser.
