Nomination Procedures
Each nomination must be submitted in the prescribed form endorsed by both the nominator and the nominee, together with supporting documents to the Federation of Hong Kong Industries by 11 July 2008.
Members of the judging panel are not eligible to nominate, nor are employees of the organiser and the sponsors.
Nominators may submit as many nominations as they wish. Separate nomination forms should be used for each nominee.
Each nominee should submit the following documents for examination:
a. A copy of the nominee's identity card;
b. One recent photograph (passport size) with the nominee's name printed on the back;
c. Company brochure(s) and/or annual report(s) and/or prospectus;
d. Product catalogue(s);
e. Audited and consolidated financial statement(s) for the recent three years;
f. List of shareholders;
g. Copies of commendation, statement(s) of authorities, honours and awards which testify and substantiate the nominee's achievements or contribution; and
h. An organisation chart indicating the position of the nominee.
Information submitted by both the nominator and nominee will be taken into account by the judging panel when assessing the merits of the nominee. It is in the nominee's interest to provide as many details as possible.
All information furnished will be kept strictly confidential except for evaluation by the selection committee and the judging panel, and the appropriate information will be released only if an award is granted.

Assessment
Nominees may be requested to attend interview(s) by the preliminary selection committee as and when required during the preliminary screening period.
Only shortlisted candidates recommended by the committee will be informed in writing after the preliminary screening to attend the final judging.
Failure to attend the final judging will impose difficulty for the judging panel to grant the award.
